You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase (except on apparel items, see below). Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

PRO TIP: Work small amounts of product into the hair at a time. The more product you add the stronger it will become (to the point that it will become too strong). Apply one dime sized scoop to hair from front to back then another from back to front, ensuring even coverage. Use shampoo and conditioner to rinse out completely

Water-based products wash out easily with just water, give a lighter feel, and typically provide a cleaner, more natural finish. Oil-based products are thicker, longer-lasting, and give you that old-school grip and shine, but they’ll take a bit more effort (and shampoo) to remove. One's for convenience, the other's for commitment.
Most likely YES! If you're able to see products on your screen that means that 99.9% of the time we are able to ship to your location.
