You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase (except on apparel items, see below). Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

Oil-based products are thicker, longer-lasting, and give you that old-school grip and shine, but they’ll take a bit more effort (and shampoo) to remove. One's for convenience, the other's for commitment.
